Will I need to be present for the tutoring sessions?

I ask that you stay within earshot of a tutoring session in case your child needs help to engage.

What resources are needed?

Online tutoring requires a device such as laptop or tablet and a reliable Internet connection. Bring a pen and paper (or a mini whiteboard and board marker).

Where should tutoring take place?

Whether online or in-person, tutoring should take place in a communal space within the home – such as a dining room.

Can I rearrange a tutoring session?

Yes. With 48 hours notice, I’m happy to move a session to another convenient time slot (but availability is limited).

What's your approach to safeguarding?

I take the safety and well-being of all students very seriously.  I'm DBS checked, and I follow the UK Government's  statutory guidance for keeping children safe in education. I've also completed safeguarding training through SSS Learning.
